We don’t always associate concentration with enjoyment, but
improving our concentration makes everything we do more fun and
meaningful – and everyone can learn with the right instructions. In
this series, we will practice tried and tested techniques for improving our focus both in and out of meditation, including the best meditation for overcoming distractions and calming our mind. This will help us in every area of our life, and enable us to become a source of strength and stability for others as well.
