Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes

Love without Pain
December Meditation Classes:
Thursdays Dec 5, 12, 19:  7-8pm

Available by live stream to members

Most relationships between people are based on a mixture of love and attachment. It is very important that we know the difference between these two states of mind. Attachment is a source of much disappointment, pain, and frustration whereas love is a source of satisfaction and harmony. Pure love never gives rise to problems. Learning to identify and gradually decrease attachment and improve love, will bring stability and long-lasting joy to our relationships.

.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
