Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes
Understanding the Heart of
Buddhist Practice

Drop-in Meditation Classes:
Thursdays in March, 7-8:15pm
Our human life is very meaningful and precious. In these initial meditations that are part of the "Lamrim," also known as the stages of the path to enlightenment, we learn about the spiritual value of our life, as well as its impermanence. These topics are the very heart of Buddhist practice because they put us in touch with this rare opportunity to find true peace and joy. With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the month. Everyone is welcome!
