Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes

The Amazing Meditation for Healing Body and Mind

July and August Meditation Classes:
Thursdays, 7-8:15pm

Available by live stream to members

The meditation known as Taking and Giving has been used for over 2,000 years as a powerful healing technique to help overcome obstacles and sicknesses of body and mind. Not only is this meditation legendary for its physical healing properties, it is also a powerful method for healing painful mental tendencies such as insecurity, anger and hurt. Taking and Giving practice gives rise to innumerable benefits, including boosting positive energy, purifying the mind, and in particular enabling us to deal skillfully and peacefully with our daily challenges.

Guest Teacher Bill Spurrell will introduce us to this amazing practice – which is quite simple and can be practiced by anyone – and then in the ensuing classes, take us deeper and deeper into this beautiful and life-enhancing method. See below for the class schedule.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
