Science of Happiness: The Positive Psychology of Buddhism

Buddhism has a positive psychology approach to cultivating happiness and well-being. In these classes, you will learn how to enhance self-awareness, manage stress, and regulate emotions through evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness, gratitude, and compassion. Discover the power of positive relationships, inner peace and resilience.

 

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone welcome!
