Mini Meditation Retreat:
Relax & Keep A Happy Mind:
How to Truly Accept What We Cannot Change

Saturday, September 27th, 10am-12:30pm
With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang

At times, we all experience things in life that feel unfair or simply too much for one single human being to handle. In the back of our mind, we know that accepting rather than rejecting is key, but how exactly should we approach the situation?  What does it truly mean to patiently accept someone or something? During this retreat, we will look at the wisdom of patience together with Buddha’s teachings on karma to help us develop a different, more empowered attitude towards our difficulties that we cannot change. Everyone is welcome!
