Mini Meditation Retreat:
Release Yourself from Resentment

With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang
For as long as we hold on to hurt from others, as well as hurt from our own mistakes, we will find it difficult to move forward with our life. We can become locked into the same cycles of destructive thoughts and behaviours that prevent change. How do we release ourselves from resentment and self-blame and take back control? Buddha’s teachings on acceptance and empathy help us to stop grasping at the past and enable us to live more fully in the present. With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.
This retreat is suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome!

Session 1: 10:00-11:15am
Session 2: 11:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $35

Student price: $24 (please send an email to ad.kuluta@gmail.com if you are a full-time student and would like to attend)
This retreat will be at The Spire (82 Sydenham St - inside the Sydenham St. United Church); Rm 205, Second Floor. An elevator is available.
Other Details: No special clothing is required. Chairs are supplied.
