The great Indian Buddhist Master, Atisha, who founded the Kadampa tradition in the 10th century, taught extensively in Tibet at a time when there was great confusion about how to practice Buddha’s teachings. When it was time to leave Tibet and return to India, he was requested to give a final teaching which later became known as “Advice from Atisha’s Heart.” This timeless wisdom continues to offer practical solutions for the problems of daily life and serves as a beautiful guide for finding greater happiness and meaning.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the month. Everyone is welcome!
