Love feels good, and we all know how beneficial it is. However, a loving heart isn’t always easy to maintain, especially when we are under stress or when people are making life difficult for us. Buddha taught many methods to improve and protect our love by adopting special ways of thinking. We can learn how to nourish our love so that all of our relationships can thrive! With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher
Gen Chöyang.
