Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes
Living with Intention:
Refuge, Karma & Reliance
Drop-in Meditation Classes:
Thursdays April 2, 9, 16 & 23: 7-8:15pm
When we live with intention, our life feels purposeful. Buddha’s teachings on refuge, karma, and reliance on a spiritual guide provide grounding, wisdom, and direction in a world that feels increasingly chaotic and out of control. These meditations are suitable for everyone and can be taken on whatever level feels comfortable and helpful.
With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the month. Everyone is welcome!
