Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes
Think Better, Feel Better:
An Introduction to Buddhist Psychology

Drop-in Meditation Classes:
Thursdays in January, 7-8:15pm
There is so much to learn about our own mind. These classes are a perfect introduction to understanding our thoughts and to gaining control over unpleasant or negative feelings. In Buddhism, the mind or consciousness, has many different aspects and functions. There are many tools and meditations at our disposal with which we can think differently from a wider and more positive perspective. As a result, we will feel more empowered to deal with life’s difficulties. With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the month. Everyone is welcome!
