Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes
New Two-Class Series:
The Key to Happy Relationships

Thursdays August 21 and 28, 7-8:15pm
In these two classes, we explore two opposite states of mind: Love and attachment. Love always brings harmony and happiness to our relationships whereas attachment brings pain, and sets us up for anger and disappointment. By using Buddha’s wisdom to differentiate between these two states of mind, we can learn to decrease attachment and increase love. Gradually, our relationship with friends and family will become more balanced and satisfying.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
