June Series:

How to Improve Concentration and Mindfulness

Why do we need to improve our concentration? Our thoughts can often be scattered and out of control and this can leave us feeling frazzled or exhausted. However, when our mind is more focused and balanced we feel happy, satisfied and in control. The benefits of improving our attention, mindfulness and concentration are vast. From everyday tasks such as making a cup of tea or driving safely all the way up to the deep happiness of liberation and enlightenment itself, all of these depend upon improving our concentration. With Buddhist teacher, Adele Chatterton.
