Finding Peace: Meditation & Your Inner Health

Public Talk with
Buddhist monk,
Gen Kelsang Thekchen

Nov 16th, 7-8:15pm

About the Talk:

When things go wrong in our life, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality, whatever problems we experience come from the mind. If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive and peaceful mind, they would not be problems for us. We may even come to see them as opportunities for growth. Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind. Therefore, if we want to be happy all the time and free from problems, we must develop and maintain a peaceful mind.

This Public Talk will be followed by a five-week meditation class series held at Kuluta Buddhist Centre. Come for any or all of the series!
