Thursday Drop-in Meditation Classes
Buddha's Four Noble Truths:
Helpful Advice for Daily Life
May Meditation Classes:
Thursdays, 7-8:15pm
Available by live stream to members
Navigating life’s problems is challenging in these modern times, and we often hear and receive different kinds of advice. You might want to consider what Buddha Shakyamuni had to say about it all. His first teachings were called "The Four Noble Truths" in which he spelled out why we suffer, and how to achieve both temporary and lasting peace. Everything he subsequently taught could be included within these four basic principles: True sufferings, true origins, true cessations, and true paths. With Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher Gen Chöyang.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series. Everyone is welcome!
