Drop-in Meditation Classes in Napanee
How to Improve Our Relationships: Meditation Classes in Napanee
Some relationships require a lot of effort and patience while others feel like a breath of fresh air. Whether a romantic partner, a good friend, a co-worker or a family member, each of our relationships is an occasion to form meaningful connections with others, move wisely through conflict, and travel further along the spiritual path. We can learn how to accomplish all of these improvements through special teachings and meditations found within Buddhism.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
Classes are self-contained, so feel free to drop in at any point in the series.
