Drop-in Meditation Classes in Napanee
April Meditation Classes:
Atisha's Advice from the Heart -
Practical Wisdom for Daily Life
Mondays in April, 6:30-7:45pm

Atisha was a great Indian Buddhist Master who founded the Kadampa tradition in the 10th century and taught extensively in Tibet at a time when there was great confusion about how to practice Buddha’s teachings. When it was time to leave Tibet and return to India, he was requested to give a final teaching which later became known as “Advice from Atisha’s Heart.” This timeless wisdom continues to offer practical solutions for the problems of daily life and serves as a beautiful guide for finding greater happiness and meaning
